1. Overview & Document Verification
Starting August 2026, the University officially opens applications for E-Transcripts for students who enrolled starting from the 1997 academic year.
Our E-Transcripts are certified PDF files, issued in collaboration with TAIWAN-CA INC. (TWCA). When opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, the system automatically verifies document validity and displays a blue digital signature ribbon at the top of the document (see figure below).
If the document is photocopied, the text "PHOTOCOPY VOID" will appear, indicating that this document can only be validated in its electronic file format.
A QR code is located at the top-right corner of the document, which can be scanned or linked to the university's official grading system explanations and guidelines.
2. Application Portal & Fee Structure
Access the application through the Online Document Application System (please complete the registration process before entering the system).
Each application costs NT$200 and includes sending to up to 2 email addresses; starting from the 3rd email address, an additional NT$20 is charged per added address, with a maximum of 6 email addresses allowed per application.
3. Important Notices
(1)Official Delivery & Eligibility: E-Transcripts are sent directly from the official university email address. Please verify that your receiving institution accepts this delivery method before applying. If it does not, we recommend applying for a sealed hard-copy transcript to protect your rights.
*Note: Students who enrolled in or before the 1996 academic year are only eligible for hard-copy transcripts.
(2)Recommended Applicants: E-Transcripts are strongly recommended for alumni. Current students with ongoing coursework, pending grades, or incomplete graduation clearance are advised to apply for hard-copy transcripts instead.
Transcripts reflect student academic records at the exact moment of issuance. Re-issuance will not be granted for incomplete records unless caused by a system generation error.
(3)Processing Time: E-Transcripts will be processed and issued within 5 working days after application, unless technical exceptions occur during data export (such as garbled text), in which case applicants will be notified via email.
(4)Applicant Responsibility: Applicants are responsible for ensuring that their academic records are complete before applying. The University will not re-issue transcripts or provide refunds if the generated transcript cannot be used due to missing grades at the time of request. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
