114年1月20 (一) 配合大學入學考試中心辦理大學學科能力測驗,本處支援試務工作,各單位安排一位同仁留守及協助服務,另因本處部分單位配合辦理辦公室年度清潔作業。各單位辦公時間公告如下,造成不便,敬請見諒!
辦公時間:
教務長室、註冊組及課務組1/20 (一) 當日上午暫停服務,下午恢復辦公。
綜合業務組、通識教育中心及教學發展中心當日正常安排留守同仁協助服務。

註冊組服務項目:
- 各類學籍成績選課問題諮詢。
- 各類證明文件及申請表單收件辦理。
- 畢業離校因涉及學分認定,視個案協助。

Notice: Service Adjustment of the Office of Academic Affairs on January 20, 2025, Due to the General Scholastic Ability Test (GSAT)
Due to our support for the examination operations of the GSAT, please be informed that there will be adjustments to our service hours and available services on January 20th, 2025. Additionally, we will arrange for one colleague to remain on-site to assist with services during this period. Certain sections will also conduct annual office cleaning operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. The details are as follows:
Service Hours Adjustment:
- Services of the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Registration Section, and the Instruction Resources Section will be suspended in the morning on January 20th, 2025, and will resume operations in the afternoon.
- The Admissions Section, the Center of General Education, and the Center for Teaching and Learning Development will have designated staff on-site to provide assistance as usual.

Available Services of the Registration Section:
- Consultation on academic records, grades, and course selection issues.
- Receipt and processing of various certification documents and application forms.
- Assistance with graduation and departure procedures, including credit recognition, provided on a case-by-case basis.
