教務處114學年度 學期週數調整推動公聽會/Public Hearing for Proposal to Adjust Semester Length to 16 Weeks for the 2025 Academic Year
各位師長同學好:
一、本校自112學年度起實施16+2週彈性教學,研議自114學年度起實施學期16週,本處將舉辦全校公聽會,歡迎各位師長及同學與會交流。
二、公聽會時間地點如下:
(一) 日期:113年10月9日(三)
(二) 時間:中午12時10分至13時10分
(三) 地點:行政大樓7樓第一會議室
(四) 報名時間: 9月26日至10月3日
三、為使公聽會順利進行並能廣羅大眾意見,敬請配合下列注意事項:
(一) 欲出席者請先上聯合報名系統報名。
(二) 欲報名參加者,若有相關問題可先填提問表單填寫書面意見,本處將彙整於公聽會中討論。
(三) 本次公聽會備有餐盒,請報名者務必準時前往會場,若報名後臨時無法前來,請於報名截 止日前取消。

12:00~12:10 報到入場
12:10~12:15 主持人 林啓屏教務長 開場
12:15~12:30 林啓屏教務長說明簡報
12:30~13:10 意見交流

Dear Faculty and Students,
Since the 2023 academic year, NCCU has implemented a flexible 16+2 week teaching system. After further evaluation, we plan to adjust to a 16-week semester from the 2025 academic year. Office of Academic Affairs will hold a university-wide public hearing, and we welcome all faculty and students to attend and exchange ideas.
Details of the Public Hearing:
- Date: October 9, 2024 (Wednesday)
- Time: 12:10 PM to 1:10 PM
- Location: 7th Floor, First Conference Room, Administration Building
- Registration Period: September 26 to October 3, 2024
To ensure smooth proceedings and to collect comprehensive feedback, please take note of the following:
- Those who wish to attend must register through the Registration System.
- Those who wish to register for participation and have related questions may first fill out the inquiry form with written feedback, which will be compiled by our office for discussion during the public hearing.
Lunch will be provided for participants. Please be punctual, and if you are unable to attend after registering, kindly cancel your registration before the deadline.
