Application for Transfer to Partner Universities within the University System of Taiwan for the 2025 Academic Year
Application Period:
Applications will be accepted from Monday, June 8, 2026 to Thursday, July 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Applications submitted on holidays or after the deadline will not be accepted.
Application Instructions:
Students of National Chengchi University who wish to apply for a transfer to a partner university should refer to the List of Equivalent Departments in the University System of Taiwan.
Please submit one complete set of application documents for each department you wish to apply to. All documents must be submitted within the deadline to Ms. Chen at the Office of Academic Affairs, Registration Section.

For new students transferring from partner university of UST to our department, please refer to the following information:
Registration and Academic Verification: Please report to Counter No. 10 at the Registration Section on the 4th floor of the Administration Building between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM, or 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM on August 17, 2026. The required documents for registration are the original school’s certificate of withdrawal and a front-facing, half-body photo. Further details for new students will be provided via email.
