I enrolled from the 1997 academic year onwards. Due to going abroad or other special needs, I need the university to email my transcript to a foreign institution. Can the university scan a paper transcript and email it to a foreign institution?

Alumni who enrolled starting from the 1997 academic year (September 1997) must apply for E-Transcripts. Upon application, please provide the recipient's email address, and the university will issue and send the transcripts accordingly.
