公告101年第1學期註冊繳費注意事項:

 

1. 本學期註冊繳費單將於10191日起可由學校首頁點選在校學生,進入「學雜(分)費繳費專區」中自行下載列印;或由第一銀行第e學雜費入口網選擇學校及輸入學號列印。

 

2.學生於繳費銷帳成功後次日可於「學雜(分)費繳費專區」或第一銀行第e學雜費入口網自行下載列印繳費收據。

 

3.101學年度第1學期註冊費用繳費期限至101921日止;繳款方式請參照繳費單說明之方法辦理繳費。101922日起銀行將不再代收學雜費,逾期未繳費同學需持註冊繳費單至行政大樓五樓出納組綜合業務櫃台繳交註冊費用,並依本校學則13條規定加收延遲註冊費用,請同學注意繳費截止時間。

 

4.本組週一至週四10:30-13:00設有第一銀行臨時駐點櫃台,請同學多加利用。另921繳費截止日當天9:00-17:00第一銀行將在出納組提供學雜費現金收費服務。

《學則》第十三條
學生於每學期始業前,應於規定期限內繳納各種費用並完成註冊通知單規定之各項手續。延誤註冊,應依下列規定辦理:
(一)延誤日數在三日以內者:逾一日加收延誤註冊費新台幣(下同)壹佰元;二日加收延誤註冊費貳佰元;三日加收延誤註冊費參佰元。
(二)延誤日數在四至七日者:加收延誤註冊費伍佰元。
(三)延誤日數在八至十二日者:加收延誤註冊費壹仟元。
(四)延誤日數在十三日以上未逾學期三分之一者:加收延誤註冊費壹仟伍佰元。
(五)延誤日數逾學期三分之一者:應即辦理休學手續,經通知而未辦休學手 續者,除不可抗力之原因外,應即令退學。

Attention:

I.            Starting on September 1, the Tuition Fee Payment Slip for the Fall Semester of 2012 can be downloaded from the following address: http://moltke.cc.nccu.edu.tw/stuschfee_SSO/index.jsp

II.         The official Tuition Fee Payment Receipt also can be printed from the above   address link. The printed copy is as valid as the paper receipt.

III.       The deadline for the payment of tuition fees for the Fall Semester of 2012 is Friday, September 21, 2012. Students must make the payment according to the steps stated on the payment slip before the deadline. The bank will no longer process the payment after the deadline, and late payments will be dealt with according to Article 13 of NCCU Academic Regulations.

Article 13 of NCCU Academic Regulations :

All students should, within the specified deadline for each semester, pay all required fees and complete procedures as stipulated in the registration notice. The following regulations shall be applied if registration, payment and procedures are not completed by university-stipulated deadlines:

1. Delays of 3 days or less:

For delays of one day, an additional registration fee of NT$100 will be charged.

For delays of two days, an additional registration fee of NT$200 will be charged.

For delays of three days, an additional registration fee of NT$300 will be charged.

2. Delays of 4 to 7 days: An additional registration fee of NT$500 will be charged.

3. Delays of 8 to 12 days: An additional registration fee of NT$1000 will be charged.

4. Delays exceeding 13 days but less than one third of a semester: An additional registration fee of NT$1500 will be charged.

5. Delays exceeding one third of a semester: A student shall withdraw from school if he/she fails to complete the relevant application procedures for the temporary suspension of his/her student status after receiving notification from said school, except in cases of force majeure.

IV.      Students can make the payment by cash with the Tuition Fee Payment Slip at any branch of First Commercial Bank in Taiwan. A temporary on-campus teller of First Commercial Bank is set up at Counter No. 8, Cashier Office, which is located on the 5th Floor of Administration Building.

   Business hours: 10:30-13:00, Monday ~Thursday

9:00-17:00 on September 21 only
